In this video I show you how I created a Harley Quinn inspired makeup tutorial. In this video I tried to combine the joker and Harley into one look that can be worn by male or female for either character. As always, feel free to change up the look in any way to better fit you! for my hair, its day old, dry shampoo and teased.
BLOOD INFO:
use scab blood to create dark deep long lasting blood. scab blood is much thicker. use liquid blood to create a fresh looking wound. this will dry and flake if you use it alone and do not touch it up while wearing it. liquid blood is very thin. it will stick and last longer over top scab blood.
