1st Superset – 3 sets/ 10 total reps
– Inchworm
– Exercise Call Pull-In

2nd Superset – 5 sets/ 150 reps
– Weighted Jump Squat
– Barbell Box Step Ups

3rd Superset – 5 sets/ 150 total reps
– Kettle-bell One Legged Deadlift
– Leg Extensions

Triset – 4 sets/ 120 total reps
– Ball Leg Curl
– Seated Calf Raise
– Scissors Jump
