This class is great to do on its own for a full body workout, as part of Part 1: Cardio Workout, or as part of it own fitness challenge with the description below.

If you like to skip the cardio challenge of week 1, you’re more then welcome to begin at week 2 and still get incredible results. Use this plan to make it work for your own needs. xo

We wanted to create something challenging for you this summer but also extremely rewarding. The 21 day Fit Body Challenge was made to help you get amazing personal results and help you get closer to your goals that you’ve been setting for yourself this summer.

This is a three week challenge that will build your stamina, help you burn fat, strengthen and tone your muscles, and simply bring more energy into your life. Below are the full details of the challenge:

Week 1: Cardio + Yoga
Week 2: Cardio Pt.1 + Fitness Workout Pt. 2+ Yoga
Week 3: Cardio (with weights/water bottle) Pt.1 + Fitness Workout Pt.2 + Yoga

x1 = Do it once through
x2= Do it twice through

Cardio Workout Video ( Pt 1) + Peaceful Yoga For Core and Balance

Day 3:
Cardio Workout Video ( Pt 1) + After Workout Yoga ♥ Stretches For Sore Muscles

Day 4:
Cardio Workout Video ( Pt 1) + Stress Relief Yoga

Day 5:
Cardio Workout Video ( Pt 1) + Nama’stay in Bed Yoga

Day 6:
Rest & Yoga Day: Yin Yoga

Day 7:
Cardio Workout Video ( Pt 1) + Energizing Yoga Flow

The Perfect Fitness Challenge Part 1 & 2 + Hip Opening Yoga

Day 9:
The Perfect Fitness Challenge Part 1 & 2 + Stress Relief Yoga

The Perfect Fitness Challenge Part 1 & 2 + Sore Back Release Yoga

Day 11:
The Perfect Fitness Challenge Part 1 & 2 + Yoga For Leg Flexibility

Yoga For Positive Mind

Day 18:
The Perfect Fitness Challenge Part 1 & 2 + Yoga To Cure

Day 19:
The Perfect Fitness Challenge Part 1 & 2 + Yoga For Splits

Day 20:
The Perfect Fitness Challenge Part 2 Only + Morning Yoga Workout

Day 21:
The Perfect Fitness Challenge Part 1 & 2 + Yin Yoga

♥ CHALLENGE GUIDELINES ♥

♥ Rest days include a yoga session so you can stretch those sore
muscles

♥ Drink at least 2 L of water per day through the challenge.

♥ Include at least one dark green leafy salad per day.

♥ Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night so your muscles have time to recover and rest.

♥ And always remember one last thing, if you want the best results you have to apply 2 rules and stick to them: You have to work hard AND eat clean. I eat a plant based diet (yes im a vegan fitness girl) which helps a lot and I highly recommend it. But the working hard piece comes from within each of us… you have to commit yourself everyday to the idea of achieving whatever healthy look you desire.
