It’s a tool I’ve used over the years to help me combat my issues with IBS, steer clear from emotional eating, & maintain a consistent healthy weight. I’ve set it up to suit my needs. Hi Everyone!

Some of you have asked about my diet and have expressed a desire to live a healthier life to glorify our God in our bodies, so I thought I’d share with you a bit of what our table looks like on a day to day basis! We eat a total vegetarian/plant based diet (no meat, no dairy) and still eat VERY delicious fulfilling meals! God’s original diet is truly the best for our temples, especially in these disease filled days that we live in as sin in our world increases. I look forward to sharing more of our healthy living testimony and journey, and more tips on how we can glorify through a healthy lifestyle! Diet and Exercise Diary ~ My new food journal

This video is about a new food diary that I just purchased. I need to stay away from simple carbs. I eat vegetables and some fruit daily so I try to keep carbs complex and below 150 a day. The average American eats over 300 carbs a day. Thank you for watching! Wish me luck because I’m going to need it. Lol!
