Hey guys,
Finally I was able to upload a video because my internet has been out for weeks! So sorry about that. I decided to go with Kris Gethin’s 12 Week Daily Trainer that I found on bodybuilding.com. My before photos were taken Dec. 28th and I weighed about 168 pounds.
